The Brief
Our clients engaged DeCelisGreen to secure a home that would mark a genuine new beginning, a property they could make their own and grow into over time. They were clear about what mattered most. A minimum of two bedrooms, a kitchen and living layout designed for entertaining, a strong connection to the outdoors or the ability to create one, and enough outdoor space for their small dogs to settle comfortably. An openness to renovation added flexibility, but the fundamentals were not open to compromise.
The location was equally non-negotiable. The Lower North Shore, from Mosman through to Kirribilli and North Sydney, offered the lifestyle, community, and connection our clients were looking for. The budget was defined and the brief was clear. Finding a home that delivered on both proved to be the real challenge.

When a c1900s character terrace on a quiet tree-lined street came to market, it stood apart immediately. High ceilings, original fireplaces, and a sun-drenched kitchen flowing to a balcony above a private courtyard. The home had both the qualities our clients were seeking and the scope to become something more. They saw not just what it was, but what it could become.
