We oversee these projects from concept through to completion, coordinating architects, builders and trades to ensure works are delivered carefully, efficiently and with clear oversight.

DecelisGreen operates as an independent property adviser.

While we advise both buyers and vendors across different engagements, we represent only one party in any property transaction. If we are advising a vendor on a property, we will never represent a buyer for that same property.

This ensures our advice and negotiation remain fully aligned with the interests of the client we represent.

Our experience working across both buying and selling also provides valuable insight into how campaigns and negotiations operate from each perspective.

DecelisGreen was founded by Elysia McConkey and Renee [surname], both licensed real estate agents with extensive experience advising clients across Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Having worked across both buying and selling environments, they bring a balanced understanding of how property transactions unfold and where careful preparation makes the greatest difference.
