The Brief
Our clients engaged DeCelisGreen to assist in securing a long-term family home in one of the Lower North Shore’s most tightly held harbourside enclaves.
The priority was a home that offered both space and flexibility, somewhere each member of the household could enjoy their own retreat while still supporting connection and entertainment. Multiple living zones, a dedicated study, guest accommodation, and strong indoor–outdoor flow were all essential considerations.
Outdoor living formed an equally important part of the brief. A swimming pool, private garden setting, and generous entertaining spaces were key to ensuring the home would support both everyday life and larger gatherings with ease.
The Strategy

This property never reached the market. Identified and assessed entirely off-market, the residence offered expansive proportions across multiple levels, positioned on a generous north-to-rear parcel with a thoughtful layout designed to balance family living with entertaining.
