The Brief
Our client was seeking a sophisticated apartment on the Lower North Shore to support their next chapter with ease, comfort, and long term liveability. With settlement on their existing home approaching, they were ready to purchase, seeking a residence that felt spacious, private, and offered a seamless transition into low maintenance living.
Preference centred on Mosman, Cremorne, or Neutral Bay, within easy walking distance of Military Road and the lifestyle these villages provide. A well maintained building with lift access was essential, along with a layout that prioritised single level living, strong indoor–outdoor flow, and generous entertaining space. Three bedrooms or two plus a dedicated study, two bathrooms, and secure parking were all requirements.
Above all, the apartment had to feel spacious, private, and light filled.
The Strategy
