The Brief
A repeat client of DeCelisGreen, an experienced developer with a strong track record across Sydney and beyond, engaged us to identify a substantial property in Mosman with meaningful renovation and value-add potential. The Strategy

The property subsequently came to market, with competing agents circling and the vendor holding firm on expectations well above our assessed value. The process extended over six months. Throughout that period, we maintained our position. Our due diligence had established a clear and defensible view of value, and we were not prepared to depart from it regardless of external noise or pressure from others.
In the end, the property was secured at our original off-market offer, unchanged from the figure put forward at the outset.
